Mike and Dan (owner of YouTube channel Off the Great Wall) stopped by Uncle Zhou Restaurant in Elmhurst, Queens in New York for some GREAT hand pulled noodles and other popular Henan DIshes.
They tried the famous dish "Sweet and sour fish with dragon beard noodles", traditional Henan dishes "Moo Shu Pork" and "Henan home-style eggplan". At last, they showed some different variations of Henan noodles which are all hand pulled.
